For me, photography is a way of looking at life. Of making sense out of the everyday chaos that surrounds us. Look at a cityscape, the mad jumble of cars and buildings and hurrying people. Look again, this time through a viewfinder, and suddenly there are unifying lines that makes the whole bigger and more beautiful than the sum of its parts.

I am at my most comfortable with a camera in my hand. I take photos to stay alive to sudden moments of beauty, heightened emotions and the unfolding of one of the thousands of everyday mini-dramas that makes up the rich tapestry of existence.
